Guiding Young Minds

CHILD THERAPY (AGES 5-12)

Helping children navigate life’s challenges is at the heart of my practice.

I provide therapy for children that supports emotional awareness, resilience, and the development of healthy coping skills. Whether your child is experiencing anxiety, mood changes, behavioral challenges, or navigating major life transitions, therapy offers a safe, structured, and nurturing space for growth. Every child is unique, and sessions are tailored to meet children where they are developmentally. I integrate play-based, structured, and creative strategies to make therapy engaging, meaningful, and effective. Depending on children’s age, comfort level, and parent preferences, parents may attend all or part of a session. This collaborative approach helps create a consistent, nurturing environment where your child can practice new skills, build resilience, and make meaningful progress.
