Finding Your Path

TEEN & YOUNG ADULT THERAPY (AGES 13-22)

Guidance Through Life’s Transitions.

Adolescence and young adulthood can be full of highs and lows. Teens and young adults today face unique pressures — balancing academics, friendships, identity, and a constantly changing world. In therapy, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where they can explore their thoughts and feelings openly. Together, we work on building confidence, developing emotional tools, and fostering self-understanding to help them feel grounded and capable.

My approach is collaborative and flexible, meeting each person where they are. Depending on age, comfort level, and family preferences, we'll decide together how to involve parents in a way that feels supportive and appropriate — whether that means regular check-ins, shared strategies, or a more independent process.
